• Returns: We will accept returns on any merchandise within 14 days of purchase. If the return is due to no fault of our own there will be a 25% restocking fee. If the return is due to a defect or our error we will replace the item at no charge. See address below to send items back.
  
  
• Exchanges: If for any reason the item you purchased does not fit, simply mail it back to us and we will send you a different size at no charge. See address below to send items back.
  
  
• Shipping / Handling: We ship all items 1 pound or less via United States Postal Service. All other items will be sent via UPS. Order usually ship from our facility within 5 - 7 business days and take 3 - 4 days in transit.
  
  
• Payments Accepted: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. NOTE: McDaniel Group LLC will be the name showing up on your credit card statement.
  
  
• Phone Orders: At this time we do not take orders via telephone.
  
  
• Security: All sensitve information is sent via a secure (SSL) connection. Credit Card numbers are not saved once we have processed your payment.
